Miss Zara decided to hire her friend Miss Sapphire to run her car repair garage and it has been taking Miss Sapphire ALL of her energy just to get the 3 so called section leaders whipped into shape. But now Miss Zara has received a written complaint signed by the 3 and She has had to come all the way down from London to hear it! This does NOT make Her happy! In Part 1 Miss Zara makes it known what she thinks of this 'grievance'. Part 2 will come later and will feature both Miss Zara AND Miss Sapphire dealing with the complaint together!.
